I have been in the High Tech Industry since 1990 and have held a variety of positions in 5 different companies including a Fortune 50 Telecommunications company that include Programmer, Sr. Programmer, Team Lead, Dept. Manager, and was in the process of being groomed for Director. My last 7 years with them were spent in a management position, which is why I specialize and focus on business professionals who are interested in career advancement, overcoming business challenges, and aligning their own business and departmental goals with that of the corporate and business strategies.

After years of challenges in my own personal life and professional career I took the advice of a close friend and hired my own coach. The experience for me was completely transformational and I discovered I have a passion for this work. I have a passion for people and helping them making positive change in their own lives.

Since 2001, I have been on a path of self discovery that has lead me to realize the passion I have for helping humanity one person at a time.

This has led me to enter into the Coaching arena where I genuinely help others see life through different eyes and help them accomplish their goals by being their co-creative thinking partner.
